ALL MY NAILS SALON COVID PRE BOOKING POLICY

At All My Nails Salon, our top priority is the health and safety of our clients and employees. With the corona-virus (COVID-19) still unsettled, we want to share with you our protocol to minimize the spread of viruses and other bacteria‘s. All My Nails Salon staffs and existing/future clients must follow the temporary guidelines listed below to minimize the risk of exposing to COVID-19:

HOW TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT AS A CURRENT CLIENT

There will be no walk-ins or appointments by walk-ins at our service desk. Clients are required to pre-booking by e–mail or phone. Please refer Pre-Booking Policy on our website.
To serve you better, at this moment, we ask our clients to make your first appointment by PHONE ONLY. ALL CURRENT CLIENTS ARE ENTERED IN OUR BOOKING LOTTO. Your First appointment will be confirmed by an e–mail; your appointment will be confirmed on our booking system. We will conduct a self-assessment with you in order to confirm your first appointment.

 HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT CLIENT

There will be no walk-ins or walk-in appointments at our service desk. All new guests are required to fill out the online form with their information. We will contact you in a timely manner to guide you with our pre-booking policy. Refer to the pre-booking policy on our website.
Your First appointment will be confirmed by an e–mail, your appointment will be confirmed on our booking system after we conduct self-assessment with you.

AFTER YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED

All My Nails Salons staff can help you to rebook your NEXT appointment and give you access to our online booking system.
There will be no guests allowed in All My Nails waiting area. ONLY clients with appointments are allowed inside the Salon for services.
All My Nails Salon will conduct daily temperature checks to our staff to ensure they are not showing any symptoms. In addition, when clients are entering the Salon, we will also check your temperature by using a Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer. We kindly ask you to conduct a temperature check at home before coming in for your appointment.
Employees and customers will be required to wear a mandatory face mask for the full-service period. If you do not have one, we will provide you a face mask with an additional cost of $3.00 (No exceptions)

Please kindly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before service and after or use hand sanitizer.
We ask you to keep your belonging such as cellphones, keychains, wallets, etc. in your bags, if possible. No cellphone, keychains, or wallet should be placed on the table.
No physical contacts are allowed, such as hugging or shaking hands.
We are Suspending all beverages and food amenities at and in All My Nails Salon.
Protective barriers are in place to protect both customers and employees for manicurists or stylists who work in close contact with clients in the case of accidental sneezing or cough.

If you are experiencing one or more symptoms of Covid or just not feeling well, please conduct a self-test from the The Region of Waterloo Public Health. Do not book or come to work.

This privacy policy sets out how All My Nails Salon uses and protects any information that you give All My Nails Salon when you use this website. All My Nails Salon is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. All MY Nails Salon may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from March 29, 2019.

WHAT WE COLLECT

MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

No information will be shared or sold to a third party. All information is kept confidential with staff within the salon and software. All personal information including; your names, home phone number, business phone number, cell phone number, e-mail address and address: will be kept confidential by the staff. Your personal information will not be shared with other people outside All My Nails Salon ,software and staff and will be kept in our salon software computer system which will be kept password protected at all times. The staff will also use the information to confirm, move and cancel any pending appointments. Your information may also be used to inform you of any upcoming events and promotions.

All e-mail addresses will also be used for direct one on one correspondence from the main salon work computer and software. Your e-mail will be used for mass mail-outs to inform you of events and promotions from time to time. When your address is used in a mass mail-out we will use BBC to keep everyone anonymous. Opt out feature is in place both online and in salon.

House addresses will also be used for mass mail-outs

Health history will be kept confidential and on file. Your health history can only be accessed and viewed by a staff member who is performing a service in which your health may be a factor. The information will be used to accurately perform the service. When the staff member is finished the service they will protect your file into our system.

We may ask for your credit card information to use as a deposit for booking large appointments. The information will only be kept on record for a temporary basis. Your credit card will only be charged if the appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours or if no one shows for the appointment. Only then will your credit card be accessed by the management of All My Nails Salon.

Should you want any information removed from our system we must be contacted via, e-mail or with written notice. When you contact us please specify what you would like removed. Please make sure you date your request.

Your personal information may be used anonymously for graphing purposes (e.g. Product sales, clients by region and service to date). All results will be used in confidentiality by All My Nails Salon and management.

Gift Cards represents a pre-payment for goods or services. All Gifts sales are final and no cash value or refunds after purchase. Gift cards can not be used to purchase another gift card. Cards and Online Certificates is not redeemable for cash and not applicable to a credit refund or cancellation. Any resale or transfer of these gifts will render it void. Gratuities are not included. Management reserves all rights.

To protect your All My Nails Salon Account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your Account. Try not to reuse your Account password on third-party applications. If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or All My Nails Account, follow the instructions for online reseting password.
